Not only did Donika accommodate my last minute haircut request but she did a great job! It’s been far too long since I’ve gotten a trim/cut at a reputable salon of this caliber and I’m so pleased with how my hair turned out. Donika took the time to talk with me beforehand to make sure she delivered exactly what I wanted with no surprises. She’s also a great conversationalist and I look forward to coming back! The salon is also spotless and perfectly decorated, which only added to its upscale feel ✨

I am so happy I found Donika, and so thrilled to support a small family business! I came to Donika with visible strip lines from highlights gone wrong, and an uneven haircut from another salon. She did a free color consultation, and talked about options to help make my color look more natural, blended and dimensional. I instantly felt comfortable, and made an appointment for a glaze and a cut. Not only did she fix my color as promised, but Donika gave me a phenomenal cut and blowout. My hair feels so soft, bouncy and full of life. It's like I've traveled back in time 30 years to my 15-year-old hair. Also important to note that the overhead lighting in here is bright, and there's a big picture window that brings in lots of natural light too so you can actually see your color. This space is beautiful and clean, and Donika was a pleasure to chat with. I will definitely be back!

I decided to try Donikas salon after reading reviews and seeing their amazing work. I’m not from NY so I made the trip in hopes everything went well. And it did! They went beyond my expectations!! I love love love my hair 😍And I am soooo happy I chose Donika Styling Studio (The Art of Hair) in Larchmont NY. If you are anywhere near CT or NY area I highly recommend this place. They are the kindest, hardest working people. Donika and her husband have a passion for hair and styling, and are perfectionist when it comes to their work. I loved coming to this beautiful hair salon that created such a welcoming environment thanks to the drinks offered (definitely try the Turkish coffee), good music, and overall clean and fresh look. Donika was great at listening to my wants, answering my questions, and offering her professional input. We had really nice conversations during my appointment that uplifted the experience further. Donika is a passionate and talented hair and color stylist who made my hair look amazing (check out the before and after pics). She used products with natural ingredients and applied just the right amount to leave my hair shiny for days! I look forward to returning and recommend this salon!
